Shipping & Returns Policy

At Xhausts Performance, we’re proud to supply premium exhaust systems, body kits, styling parts, and accessories with care and precision. As a small business, we’re committed to transparency, fast shipping, and a smooth customer experience. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

📦 Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are dispatched within 3–12 working days from the date of order confirmation, depending on stock levels and product type.

  • In-stock items are shipped as soon as possible.

  • Made-to-order or specialist parts may require additional lead time. If your item is delayed, we’ll notify you immediately.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be emailed to you for full visibility.

🚚 Shipping Costs & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location. All shipments are:

  • Fully insured

  • Tracked

  • Require a signature upon delivery

🌍 International Shipping

We do ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs clearance. Any import taxes or duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns Policy

Due to the specialist nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please ensure all fitment details are correct before purchasing. However, we do accept returns in the following cases:

1. Damaged Items (In Transit)

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

To process your claim, we’ll need:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number and proof of purchase

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability.

2. Incorrect or Not as Described Items

If you receive the wrong product or something significantly different from what was described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or special-order parts (unless faulty or incorrect)

  • Products that have been installed, fitted, used, or altered

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@xhausts.co.uk with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions — do not send items back without authorisation.

  3. Use a tracked and insured service for your return. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the issue is our fault.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are issued via your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
